  • Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time of 2–5 business days, depending on the level of personalization.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, along with the tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines

We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch): 4-10 Days

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery time may vary based on location, courier workload, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on certain products or promotional events.
  • For bulk or corporate orders, shipping fees may vary depending on weight, size, and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the product will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
  • No refund will be issued for orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, Giftitnaa shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns.
  • Courier service disruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

We will keep you informed of any significant delay.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if your order is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date).
  • Share unboxing images/videos and order details at support@giftitnaa.com.
  • We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Giftitnaa delivers only within India.
