RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Giftitnaa! Every product we make is designed with care and crafted specially for you. We always aim to deliver the best quality and experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully.


RETURNS

Since most of our products are custom-made or personalized, we generally do not accept returns once an order is processed and shipped.

Returns are only accepted if:

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email our customer support at support@giftitnaa.com with your Order ID, issue details, and supporting images/videos.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you the return address.

Please securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In cases of customized orders where a replacement is possible, we may issue store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not started.


EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at support@giftitnaa.com to arrange an exchange or replacement.
